2.1 The user of the Website acknowledges this legal notice and undertakes to abide with them.
2.2 The current online version of this legal notice is the only version opposable throughout the use of the Website and until a new version replaces it.

The absence of transmission of these data can obstruct the normal processing of orders (delivery, invoicing, etc.).

He also has a right to limit the processing of his data, a right to oppose the processing of hiss data, as well as a right to the portability of his data in application of French law and the European regulation on the protection of personal data.

7.8 These rights may be exercised after the death of the user by the person designated by the user or by his heirs.

The Website and its contents such as creations relating to the structure of the Website, its tree structure, trademarks, logos, domain names, graphics, musical works, pictures, animations, texts, descriptions and more generally all the visual elements (animated or not) and / or sound are the exclusive property of the Publisher in the world, therefore the Publisher is only entitled to use the intellectual property rights related thereto.
